Hey guys, Whenever you create activity forms using back end upload - esp in the case where we first create in staging and then copy it to live. There are two columns post and prehook. Please keep them blank and not enter zero. Entering zero apparently results in data not getting stored in DB but will not throw any UI error when you use the app. This will result in data loss without you knowing. Just happened with one of the client(EWS).
