Debayan Das: Problem Statement - What is the best way to understand when an outlet was deactivated? 

Brief - In Outlets table there are two Columns. Created & Modified (When outlet details were last modified. I am guessing this is the logic). There are cases when clients deactivate a certain outlet and activate it after a few months. It becomes very tough to provide insights on past/YoY data unless there were insights made at then which stores the exact state of the outlet universe at that point in time.
