Any companies where  historical data is getting tracked based on user performance

like suppose :User A,User B,User C,Manager A,Manager B

 Like in Jan 19 User A,B,C reports to Manager A 

So,when we download the data of Jan-19,then in Manager A all the three users performance data is summed up and will be counted as Manager A performance

In Jan 20 User A,B reports to Manager A and User C reports to C

so,in that case is it possible to display all three Users A,B,C  Performance data under Manager-A territory when we download any report in Feb-20 like the same it was getting displayed in Jan-19
