After starting the call, why do we have option to slide through the screen option?

Can't we just used the tiles above to move from stock taking to sales return to submit order?
Issue encountered - If the form is non compulsory but some field are mandatory and while scrolling through the screens the user activated the mandatory fields in a non compulsory form.
Any possible solution for the problem?
